REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Domestic Orders (US): We have a 14-day return policy. After receiving your item, you then have 14 days to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, iItems must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info.deviate@gmail.com and include your order number in the email. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions on how to return your package. Please note that we currently do not provide shipping labels, and this is something you will have to cover if you would like to issue a return. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the piece and then accept or deny your refund request. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that at this time we cannot accept returns on any sale items.

International Orders (Outside the US): Currently, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders. For orders shipping outside of the US, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info.deviate@gmail.com.

ORDER ISSUES

If your item is damaged or if we have sent you the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately at info.deviate@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email, and we will get back to you within 48 hours with exchange instructions. If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item or if the item is defective, then we will issue a shipping label and cover that cost.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info.deviate@gmail.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. If an order is placed with Overnight or 2-Day shipping before 12pm EST Mon-Fri, it will be fulfilled the same day. If it is placed after 12pm EST, it will be fulfilled the next business day. Weekend delivery is not always available, and cannot be guaranteed.
